Refund Policy

B1aQK does not offer refunds on paid business directory listing subscriptions or listing fees. Once a listing is submitted and payment is processed, the subscription is active and the fees paid are not eligible for refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your directory listing subscription at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us at benjamin@b1aqk.com. Cancellation stops future billing only; it does not refund any previously paid charges, including the current billing period or any free-trial conversion charge.

Free trials

Listings may include a free trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial ends. Charges that begin after a trial are non-refundable.
