Refund Policy

All fees paid for B1aQK Business Directory listings are non-refundable.
B1aQK does not offer refunds on paid business directory listing subscriptions or listing fees. Once a listing is submitted and payment is processed, the subscription is active and the fees paid are not eligible for refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel your directory listing subscription at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us at benjamin@b1aqk.com. Cancellation stops future billing only; it does not refund any previously paid charges, including the current billing period.
Certification application fee
Certified memberships include a separate $49.99 one-time certification application fee charged at checkout. That fee covers the review itself, is non-refundable, and does not guarantee certification approval.
